Depends on your area. With your mods out here, we would have no problem with you Running STS. if it was a national event, then you would probably have some one complain. In my area, Las Vegas, there are actually very Few people running in SM. Most of them are civics and I'm still out running them. 
well last week I had polyurethane bushings installed in my car. I can feel it in the front, but in the rear I'm not sure since I can feel a huge difference with the sway and stut there (installed all at the same time)., (not knowing if the bushings did much). The front bushings are the neuspeeds, along with some other brand as are the rear. Which are from a place here in CT where he took measurements and special ordered me some by the sizes I needed.
