I know Skunk2's have been talked about b4, but I heard that they were supposingly pretty expensive. Well I just wondering...are these coil overs good or what? Because these here are not that expensive!!!

Skunk2s aren't true coilovers, they are sleeved coilovers which means they don't have an integrated schocks. Usually sleeved coilovers run between $200-$300. Ground control and skunk2 probably are two of the best sleeved coilovers for the 7thgen and will run you about $300. You will probably need new shocks eventually.

It depends on a few things, your driving style, how far you lower, and the roads around your house. You could only lower 1" and have nice roads and not push the car. In that case, your shocks will last just as long as normal. Or you could slam it, drive it hard, and hit lots of pot holes/bumps. In that case, they will probably blow really quickly. all I can say is, it depends. If you plan on lowering more than 1.5" than they probably won't last more than a year. tons of people drive on stock shocks while lowering, but you take the risk of having your shocks blow. And right now the only option you have for shocks are the konis.

Ask Rob from tornactive. Other than that, check the parts section. You know that they are just inserts and not full replacement shocks right? You will have to modify your front struts to make them fit. Besides if you are going to get skunk2's and konis that will cost ya around $900, you might as well as get true coilovers. Just my opinion.

I didn't realize ground control made full coilovers four the new civic? They only make sleeved coilovers from what I know. They wouldn't be a good buy if you don't like sleeved coilovers.
