is this bad?
ok so i look under my car to check out my neuspeed springs... and half of the coil is compressed to the point they are touching all of the coils so only half of it is working...
how bout this... so i check to see if the rear will give a little... and i have my friend jump on the trunk.... with the lid open... now i have a slight camber.. but it was there when i had my old springs.... but the camber seems to get worse when force is placed on the rear.... now i think it is my shocks, but could it be something else?

Camber always gets worse when there is weight in the back. A car with normal shocks and springs will camber negativly if there is enough weight in the back. A really good example of this is the new Altima. Put 3 people in the back seat (at least 150lbs each) and you will see the tire come in. It is because you are putting more weight on the control arms and chassis, thus pushing it down and pulling in the top of the wheel by the tie rod.
if it was your shocks then you would have a really bouncy ride. that would be your first sign that your shocks are going.

there is always some negative camber. It improves handling. If you think it is too far in then get it aligned and the camber fixed (buy a camber kit!) but watch your tires scraping on the fenderwall if you dropped too low.
