Question Neuspeed Sports With My Wheels

I was almost sure that this has been covered but I did a search and didn't come up with anything. Yes I know VNlilman you can help me here. I am ridding on 17" konig traffiks with 205/40's and I wasnted to know how good will this drop look on it? If not good then what should I go with? I am not going to go with coilovers and I also don't want to go any lower than 2". Any suggestions?

Since you are on 205/40/17 you will still have ome wheel gap left about 1 1/2 finger about 1 inch if you drop it with the Neuspeed sports about 1.5 inch drop. I am on GoldLines and when I was on 17's there was still some gap left.

If you want something that looks way different than stock, then I say go with Neuspeed Race springs.

The Neuspeed Sport will only lower your car like 1.5" for front/rear. I personally would not go with the sport. I'd do the Neuspeed Race which will lower the car 2.25" in the front and 2.0" in the rear. It's all personal prefrence. The ride on the sport will be better then the ride on the race and if your not concerned with wheel well gap & would prefer a better ride, stay with sport.

get the sport, the race will be too little of a gap between the tire cuz those race springs have a very good sized drop on them. Unless you want your tires to be rubbing.

where's everyone getting the 1.5" from? i gotta get the suspension FAQ back up soon.. (working on it). its a 1.75" drop(.25" makes a big difference).
n ya 205-40s are pretty damn thin your going to have like a 2 finger gap which is pretty huge... the car will looked dropped and will be pretty low cause those tires are thing but ya your going to have a pretty big fender gap. i personally would go with the race as someone else has mentioned but for most people sports should be fine... i hate my sports, people could hardly tell my cars even dropped but then i have 215-40-18s. small fender gap but still high ride height..

LOL, you know VNlilMAN I was thinking of you when I was posting about the Neuspeed Race springs, I remembered how much you hate the fact that you went with the Neuspeed Sport instead of the Neuspeed Race. Project2K2, take a look at VNlilMAN's car & see if that drop is sufficient for ya.... It's whatever your happy with. I am yet to install my Spring's, i'm waiting on the Koni Yellow shocks. I'll take some before/after pictures.
