YEa, maybe, I also dont know if this is a fluke or what but when I took off my front upper strut bar to put in my intake that is when I started to notice it when I have no strut bar

Is it a clinging type of sound? I had a simliar sound from the passanger side when I went over bumps. And it was a blown strut. Another things is if it started when you put you CAI on, than check to make sure that everything is tightened up. If something is loose it could be rattling. And one more thing it could be is your strut bar. I had one of those adjustible upper front strut bars and when I put it on I would hear a knocking noise when I was giving the car WOT. It was my strut bar hitting my intake on WOT. I had to adjust my strut bar back away from the intake. I hope some of this helps!!!

Same problem here! i've tried many things - grease, rubber padding and i can hear poping in the front and skeeking in the back. I wonder if a kit from Energy Suspension might do the job. The kit for the non-SI's should be coming out soon.

Might be because not enough load on the springs for it to touch the top of the strut cap(?). When you jack the car up the top of the springs never touch the top of the assembly. My tip is to add rubber tubing off your stock springs or use electrical tape on the top and bottom of the sprigns
