Neuspeed rear lower tie bar installed w/pics
Installed the Neuspeed rear lower tie bar this morning. It was really easy, it took a little less than an hour. Looks great! The only thing that concerns me is that it’s very easy to steal. That's how easy it is to install.
Paid a little over $100.00 for it for Tornactive.com. Next install will be the RSX 19mm sway bar sitting in the garage. Oh, It does not make a difference in the handling at all (It's not supposed to).

Do you have any closer pics? Like how it is installed? Don't worry, I'm not going to steal yours. I just want to see how it attaches. (Besides, you're all the way in Neptune.

I'm not really digging the design too much....

It looks good, but I question how funtional it is. Drilling holes and those flimsy looking brackets... doesn't look like it would do much. I like the other designs better, like the cheap $30 tie bars. Neuspeed knows more than me (I hope), so I suppose they have a good reason for going with that design.

That's the same kind of tie bar that the RSX's have stock. Honda/Acura probably know what they're doing since they put the tie bar there, so I think the Neuspeed one should work nicely to stiffen the chassis in that location. I still prefer the tie bar that comes with the Progress rear sway bar though. Seems more solid and connects to more points than the Neuspeed.

eh like grey said, they're functional.
the RSX Type S and Type R has a stock tie bar at that specific location.. its meant to reinforce the subframe.
the brackets are hard enough that if I smash it with a hammer it wont break or bend.
I just picked up mine today. lol. after almost a year... geez.
I order it like last year April, for 90 bucks only.
Neuspeed went with that lower brace so that they can have another beefy bar for their rear sway bar...

I'm going to use it along with my generic tie bar.

yeah to use the RSX bar.. you'll need a bracket mounting point.. the type s has one.. we dont..
not only do you have to drill a hole you gotta have a bracket there.. sooooo........
the Type S has a welded on bracket...
neuspeed supplies brackets with theirs...
