Tentative final suspension and chassis set-up
This is the plan:
Tein Super Street coilover suspension
Neuspeed upper front strut tower bar
skunk2 lower tie bars front and back
DC Sports rear upper strut tower bar
17 inch buddy club or kosei wheels
Yokohama parada spec2 205/40/17
energy suspension bushings
19 mm RSX rear anti-roll bar
22 mm Progress front anti-roll bar
This is gonna be an auto-x setup cuz I wanna get in to that.
What do yu guys think?

Does Energy suspension even have bushings for our cars?
Also, I would not waste your money on the RSX rear sway bar or Skunk2 lower rear tie bar because you can get them together by just purchasing the Progress 22mm rear sway bar/tie bar system.
I have the Progress set-up in the back and have tried the RSX sway bar. You'll be far more happy with the Progress pieces I can guarantee! The Progress sway-bar/tie bar combo fits PERFECT and utilizes polyurethane bushings. You may want to consider 205/45/17 Parada Spec II because the Tein SS doesn't lower your car enough to rid yourself of unsightly tire/wheel well gap.
Just one man's opinion however,
Terry

yup, thats my opinion too...
progress's sway bar is what 22mm while rsx-s is 19. the rsx-r is 22mm.
and the tires 205-40-17 is way too thin, i personally like 215-40-17 but this is so that i can slam the car... 215-45-17 is a little too thick for me but would be great with teins since you cant slam with teins anyways... other then that, reat setup.. you must be ballin...

Yeah, I think I'm gonna go with the 215/40/17 tires cuz thats what a tire guy recommended today.
I'm not looking to slam my car cuz I'm not into that low, low look.
Does Progress have a front kit or is it rear only?

#1, if you are really into autoX, go with either 15" or 16" wheels (alot lighter and better gearing (depending on tire size)), and stay away from parada's. G-force KD, Potenza SO-3, and Falken Azenis's are all good autox tires. #2, go with the progress rear sway, they are correct above. #3, skip the front sway bar, if you are serious about autox alot of guys will disconnect the front sway bar altogether, although the front will help with everyday driving. Just some thoughts.
Oh Yeah, good tire sizes would be anything in the 225 width range (15" or 16"), again, drivability with this setup will be limited because our cars with 225's are a handful to drive on the highway.
#4, Tein SS are good for street driving, but something more stiff (maybe HA's) may be more suitable for the track and autocross....
