Rep Power: 0 Buy 2 at a time? Koni Shocks
i was wondering if their was anywhere where i could buy koni fronts and rears at different times, i don't want to spend so much money all at once, b/c my front shocks are blown, but the rears are fine and i only have enough for half but not all.

Rep Power: 400 Sure you can purchase them individually, but what he wants to know is what will the car do with 2 Konis and 2 Stocks. I don't know if shocks work the same way as tires do (as long as both tires on the axle are the same, it will be fine). I should think if you set the Konis (I'm pretty sure they're adjustable) to approximately the same stiffness as the stock ones and you should be ok.

Rep Power: 0 Where's the cheapest place to get Koni's? The cheapest I can find is $550. That's for the whole set right? It won't lower my car would it? My suspension is completely stock, I want to get the Konis first because it cost more than any suspension mod I'm going to do, including rims. It won't look retarded would it?

Rep Power: 0 i'd try www.diabloautosports.com , they have cheaper prices, i like 530 shipped.....and koni's only lower your car if you put them on a lower perch, so it's your choice, and no, it wouldn't look bad, just use the koni's to drop about .5 w/ stock springs and it'll get rid of the lifted look and ride really nice

Rep Power: 393 adjusting the placement on the perch.... meaning not the actual perch moving like a coilover... isnt this how our stock shocks are? there's a groove for the end of the spring, you dont have to put the end of the spring in the groove, you could put it halfway up and it would raise the car that much... if this is the case i wouldnt exactly consider it adjustable. and 1" must be very steep... does anyone have actual pics of konis cause i never really got the whole adjustable height thing...
