RSX front sway bar... Will it fit???

Hey you all, I hope there is some one out there that has done the RSX front sway conversion. My question, did it work??? I was looking at some pics from honda & acura parts page & there are some differences. My thing is the height of the RSX sway in the middle. Pretty much assuming that it is there because it has to go over the headers/exhaust. Opinions? Any one done it yet? Here are the pics, take a look:

i highly doubt it because to use the K series motor, there is a different front subframe in the rsx. one k20 sway actually comes with the rsx front subframe to make it work. so i would think that some or, a lot of the mounts are different, they may look pretty similar, but theyre also different just enough.

um it will work.

but why?

according to BlueNY whats his name (sorry) with the HP 4-1 "high flow cat" header on his LX... the RSX front sway bar is a lot like the LX's. (as in it shapes and bends that way.

just cuz its on an RSX doesn't mean its better. the RSX's front sway bar is THINNER than ours. They have a 23mm front... we have a 25.4mm front. thats a big difference in stiffness.

well if you want the ride to of a certain way than I guess tahts fine.. I mean if u want to tune it with more oversteer or understeer or maybe make it a bit more neutral than I guess u can mess with the stiffness of the front sway bar... by decreasing it..

but somehow I got a feeling you just want it cuz its on an RSX and you think its better... however if you do know whats up, then it will fit.

the civic EX front bar is thicker than the RSX front bar...part of the reason being, is that the K20 is actually LIGHTER than the D17 block via better casting and less material volume. so this RSX bar would be a bad idea. back is all good tho.

IDQcivic should not be trusted
I think neuspeed makes bushings that you can replace the rubber ones with the stock front bar, I dont think anyone has tried them yet. Check neuspeed's website, they're on there for like 20 bucks. I might by them, who knows...
