I hope they installed my springs right?

I got my Eibach sportline springs put in yesterday and they look great , But when I took off I had to turn around and when I cut the wheel really hard I started to get a Grinding or rubbing noise. I went back to the shop that installed my springs and the guy said that is the springs being broken in. I'm not to sure if I believe that. Thats why I'm asking for your help. So please let me know if this is normal or if there is a problem thanks

when the springs settle in, you usually get a ping/clicking noise... eibach claims their springs dont settle either... but ya this noise is probably different from the one your describing, refer to this... grinding noise... you get it when you go over small bumps or badd road right? alot of people get this, including me... i have concluded that it comes from the spring rubbing against the bottom perch(the bottom peice the spring sits on). but you can all do us a favor by taking it back, maybe we could find a good solution to it... just ask them how long it takes for it to 'settle in'... after that period of time, take it back saying its still making that noise. it'll most likely always be there untill its fixed so just keep taking it back till they fix it.. after they do, ask how they fixed it so that the rest of us including i will know. it most likely wont cause any damage but ya it is annoying and does scare my passengers.

I have recently installed Neuspeed sport springs and had some funny noises for the first day or two but now they're quiet. Actually they seem to be better now that I've gotten an alignment (almost as if by having everything lined up to recommended spec's makes the noise dissipate or completely disappear.)

One thing that is critical when installing new springs is to use the coil wrap that is originally wrapped around the bottom coil of each OEM front spring. This will eliminate noise from the spring and bottom perch. For noise eminating from the top of the strut assembly, make sure all the nuts are torqued to the recommended values. Also need to make sure that the metal top hat that holds the upper rubber perch/spring isolator is aligned properly. There is a hole drilled into the metal top hat that needs to face to the inside of the fender well (not outward). This positions the strut upper perch at the correct angle.

I've always done my own suspension and will always do it because if I don't, who the heck knows went on during the installation.

Another recommendation: Get photocopies of the strut assembly installation/removal procedure section of the Official Honda shop manual for your car. This will have instructions, diagrams, and torque values...all of which make for a successful installation.
