Question about the DC5-R Front and back sway bar

I've search, but i'm still kinda confuse.

I've ordered a pair of JDM DC5-R sway bar (front:forgot about the size, rear:22mm) for 310CAD, pretty good deal I think.
anyway, my car is a 2k1LX

As far as a know, installing the rear sway bar is possible but is not really a bolt on for my LX like the EX and 02LX
I saw the DIY for installing the rear sway bar for my car, which u need to make a metal piece to attach the sway bar.
Is there a alternate way to do it? Is there anything that i can buy to avoid making the metal piece, cuz i'm not confidence about it.
Is there something like the Neuspeed front sway bar bushing kit?

Secondly, the front sway bar. Have any of u installed the Type-S' front sway bar, or do any of u know do they fit?

er.. do u remember the size on the front bar? cuz we have a 25.4mm front sway bar.. compare to the RSX's 24 something mm front sway bar... I dont know the size on the Type Rs... but you may be ending up buying a bar thats the same size.. heh.

and bigger bar doesn't necessary mean its better. I think 22mm is overkill, and you should buy a good tie bar for your rear, so the subframe wont rip out...

you have a 01 LX? the installation on the rear sway will be tricky.. you'll need to drill holes for the bracket mounting point, and you'll need to fabricate the metal piece to connect the endlink and then the sway bar... and you need to weld that metal piece to the control arm.

the front bar may be a simple bolt on. I think you will need allen wrench for the endlink though.

as for the metal piece, ask the guy that did the DIY on the LX, he mention he may fabricate some for people for a price.
