with all cars you can make minor camber adjustments, but its so minor it wont help ya. You definately need a camber kit if you're gonna drop the car more than 1.3 inches or you'll see an enslought of problems begin, starting with premature tire wear!

He may have been refering to the front but the rear definatly needs a camber kit if you plan on slamming your car. The front will not go far enough out of camber to worry no matter how low you drop it.

I just bought used Eiback Pro Kit springs
Do you think I will need a camber kit?
If so will it be ok for about a month?

There is no honda built in rear camber adjustment. You can adjust the front for mild drops with stock hardware but the back doesn't adjust. Unless you want uneven wear on the inside of your tires, you should camber kit the back for all but the most mildest (read unnoticable) drops. How often do you want to buy tires? When you rotate them, it will cause vibration in your steering wheel that won't go away.
