DO NOT GET H&R SPORT SPRING. i found that they are sefter than the stock'. It's like being on a boat on the freeway. and a big thing is that YOU WON'T satisfy about the height. 2 fingers at the rear, and "3" at the front. it worths to get GCs.
Post what you feel after install.

I have H&R sports and it looks great, sorry I don't have a pic. But I just wanted to let you know that I am also riding on 18's and I think the ride is great. I have a lot of ppl ask me if it rides really rough cause of the 18's and 1.5" drop but I honestly think it is just as good, if not a bit better than stock. Just thought I would let you know

My pics in members rides is still at stock height.

cool. I think I'll get H&R sport over Neuspeed sport. Can someone stop me if I'm making the wrong decision?

the h&r drop(about 1.3-1.5) just isn't low enough, the neuspeed sports(anout 1.5-1.7) isn't even low enough... go with race(2.0-2.25), but if you have to, go with neuspeed sports... h&r just isn't low enough...

trevor: super nice job on your car! DMX: yes, mine sagged. H&R doesn't make springs for the 4 Dr EX and that's why I had my problem. I made a almost 1/4" spacer to boost the rear of my car up and put it in the strut assembly to get the look I want. After that, I am completely happy. Good luck!

of course your ride is great, because those springs are soft.

Yes, samething as the coupe. I had the H&R sport springs, and 3 finger gap at the front and NO finger gap at the rear WHEN there are someone sitting in the back seats. Trust me But you can't make the front to drop more by sitting on the driver and passenger seats.

<< Hey Familyman, looks like you didn't lower your car >>

johnny: I used to have some 215/45 17 Yokohama AVID h4s on different rims. Now I have the Parada 205/45 17 on the Centerlines. The tires have a completely different profile that does negate some of the lowered look. I hope it doesn't look too 4WD!!!

hey what are you guys talking about? H&R sport lowers 1.75f/1.5r. Maybe 1.3" is for a 4door, but for coupe it lowers 1.75/1.5. DMX, do more research on the H&R's and how it sags cuz that would be a problem. See which one is better, H&R or neuspeed. later mike

H&R DOES NOT LOWER 1.7/1.5!!!! look.. application guide

they lower 1.3 all around... thats why they dont recommend it for sedans cause sedans are heavier in the back and it will cause the rear to sag. whether you have a sedan or coupe i would go with NEUSPEED. sports is fine, race is better.... they make sports in both 4 door and 2 door. i have a coupe and had both put on. with the 4 door one, my rear was really high compared to my front(meaning it shoud be fine on the sedan). now i have the 2 door one(thanks to neuspeed) and the drop is even all around... here read my thread.. neuspeed sports

whos word are you going to go by? the people that make the springs or the people that distribute them? n if you look at the pics h&r sports dont look like the drop of neuspeed sports, they look like their in between neuspeed sports and eibach prok-kit and which they are. also if it was 1.7/1.5 i dont think people with sedans would have a problem with the rear sagging because you still have that .2 extra in the back. 1.3/1.3 is on the manufactures website and it would most likely cause the rear to sag since it is an even drop, but i guess the only way to find out for sure is to ask someone who actually measured it.

Not that the car is the same as a civic but My old RSX type-s was kind of lowered more in the rear than in the front with H&R it just didnt look right, and from the looks of it the civics are having the same efect with the H&R
check out the Pic .... so any ways I'm trying Eibach's sportlines will post pic when I get them installed

PEACE

My 0.2 cents
