Yeap shouldn't be an issue. I do recall that one of the RSXs had longer ball joints. If this is the case just press the ball joint out and press a civic one in and you will be set. Just don't get type "R" or 05-06 RSX type "S" lower control arms because they are designed for a higher offset knuckle and won't work on your car.
