Wheel Alignment?

When am driving and i put the steering wheel straight, the car starts going to the right. In order for the car to go straight i need to put the steering wheel a little bit to the left.

How can i fix this?
Its really annoying driving like this

or get the tires balanced. its alot cheaper if it just needs balanced
