Question 2004 EX Sedan rear lower tie rod install

Obviously I'm new here, I've been a loyal Volkswagen owner for almost ten years, but had to go to a little more economical car, so I got a 04 EX sedan with a CAI, an upper front strut bar, a new mesh grille, and i replaced all the stock speakers in the vehicle and added one kicker comp CVX 12. Anyways, I installed all of those things on the car, and with the front upper strut bar came a package. I also got a rear upper strut bar and a lower rear tie rod. Looking under the car I can see the two bolts I'd need to remove to install it, but after finding little info on the install, i see some posts about jacking the car up, and having to realign that arm that the bolts hold together. If someone could tell me anything about that. Also, with the rear strut bar, How far into the trunk will that come? I keep tools and obviously a ported sub box. The amp is on the back of the rear seat pretty high up.
Any help appretiated.

Also, can I use photobucket to upload images to show up on the posts?
