lowering spring

lowering spring

I have a honda civic 01 I had coil lower on but I took them off and put lowering springs. Put now every time I turn my spring also seem to turn a all you hear is a craking noise.what can I do bout that.

The springs are not sitting right in the strut, I had this happen to me one time. Just take the strut off and realign the spring right and it should be fine.

i believe if they were stock springs they should have some markings in the spring as well as in the strut seatings, but not sure if your aftermarket springs will have them to align with the strut.
But yeah, the springs need to be aligned.
