srut gone. options to lower?

as is comon on 7th gen civic apparently the left front strut is gone! i just knoticed when i got new tires last week. since then it's been bouncing allover the place and i'm woried about the brand new tire wearing out quickly. tock tires 195/65 R15

i've been wanting to lower my car from stock hight. i wana get a profromance suspention like tien or tokyo blues but also was a supurb ride quality as the roads here are ****. would u recomend these or like coilovers?

also how low can i got before i need a camber kit? i got 3 subs in the back so the rear proably needes it more thant the front. i wana go down 2".would this look bad on stock tires?

oh it's a 2002 civic coupe

definitely rear camber - mine went to 1.6 neg with 1" and did understeer like a pig, Squeee all around the corner. Fronts are cheap, so just go with it and adjust to your liking.
bad roads call for height adjustability, 2" could get you in trouble with it. so check your wallet and see if you can get coilovers. if springs too soft could make it worse, but if stiff enough, make sure your shocks can handle them lower/stiff springs. trim bumpstops to the height too, but do not remove them

2 inch drop and superb ride quality isnt really possible. even a 1 inch drop will be firmer and stiffer than oem setup. and yes camber kit is needed immediately after lowering, with alignment.
