I have KYB struts(not sure which model) on the front of my civic due to trying to improve ride quality a few years back...OEM are still on the back...My question is, would that cause any problems if i dropped it with tein s-tech springs?...

yeah, oem shocks cannot handle lowered car. the rears will sag like crazy. you need something made for lowering spring, like tokico blue or any other performance shock rated for a drop.

Gearbox, what if I get kyb struts on the back as well.. Would that work or are kyb struts not made 4 lowering?

you would have to call and ask or look at online info on their site. kyb also has many different types of shocks as well. some are just oem replacements and others are made for lowered cars (usually only a certain amount like 1.5 inch drop).
