rattling noise on left turns

rattling noise on left turns
hey my friends car has a rattling noise when it turns left. or starts accelerating after stopping at a red light. the noise will last for about 4-5 seconds then nothing. right turns are fine. he just had his motor mounts changed. taken it to 2 shops and they say its not the engine and the give up.

its actually a corolla but i thought the dynamics were the same with a honda or any car? they also just changed the axle today, left turns are a lot better but accelerating still persists. thanks
