just changed the struts on my 02 civic, and now the drivers side is making a big clicking noise when it is turned to the drivers side.

just took off the wheel and turned the car with my hands to see what was going on and now i see the spring moving with the car when it is turned (driver side)

im thinking that i have the strut nut too tight?

after reading all the guides here i foud out that i have Post-Install Spring Popping Noise.

took off the strut and did all the steps in the guide. i took all the bearings out and cleaned them and re lubed them with lithium grease, put it back in and i have the same problem, the spring is twisting when the wheel is turning.

problem solved, make sure you use the factory lines to line up the springs and top holder
