shocks to make car even lower?
Re: shocks to make car even lower?
stop complaining...i actually prefer the front to be a tad lower than the rear..i have tein h-techs w/ tokico blues and my rears are 2 fingergaps while the fronts are 2.5 fingergap...the rear is at a perfect height but i wish the front would drop down a tiny bit more...
if you must have the rear lower, add a subwoofer(makes the car about 0.25" lower)...i also noticed that my car is 1/4" lower in the back w/ a full tank of gas vs a half tank of gas...
w/ a car load of people, my car looks slammed...haha

Re: shocks to make car even lower?
most of the weight of the car is in the front because of the engine and driver. FWD cars dont have transaxle's going to the back like in a rwd so there almost no real weight in the back. Hence why the rear will sit higher then the front unless you have a system in there.
If you want to set the height exactly then you need coil overs. I prefer the front being lower then the rear. I think it looks more sporty that way.

Re: shocks to make car even lower?
okay thanks for explaining it that way, but at the same time from from away the gap looks too ugly. dont know if i should spend 300 dollars or whatever to lower it 1 inch. seems like a waste. would subs weight my car down to the point where it'll sag that much? wont my shocks blow out or something?
