I went to get my car alignend today and i pick it up and it is still pulling to the left. So i go back and ask the guy , whats up? and he says that on our cars there is no caster adjustment, thus it being off and pulling.....and he cant do anything about it? Is he jerkin my chain or telling the truth?

There is no stock Caster adjustment, Just like there is no stock Camber adjustment (Bolt slop asside).
If you want to adjust caster, your looking at either buying a set of K-mac Camber+caster plates, Fabricateing up a set of caster plates, or Slotting the strut towers. You may be able to more evenly align caster if you adjust the position of the sub frame (bolt slop) but thats kind of out of the relm of an average alignment shop.

Check your lower control arm bushings, those are a weak spot for wear on the car. I got a 2002 with 50k miles and they are looking pretty bad but still havent messed up my caster. I would try and take it to an alignment place you know is good, but those bushings could be effecting the caster.
if your car is pulling then you have a camber and toe issue. if you camber is off bad then just a grove in the road can pull the car in that direction. if you have a toe issue then the the car will react in the came manner but more extreme. the guy telling you that you have a caster problem is full of it. the caster was set at the factory, when they designed the car. if you look at the angle at the tower and down to the lower control arm , that is the caster angle. with out plates there is no way to adjust it. besides you would want to change the caster unless it is a full race car.
