left front wheel is off (camber max out)

My driver side tie rod end came off when I was driving for about 30mph..... i'm not sure if anything get damaged........ yesterday i took my car to Honda dealership to replace new tie rod ends (both sides) and did alignment.... but the mechanic said the passenger side camber already max out but still off (-1.8).... the other 3 wheels r fine...... he did visually examine the suspensions n nothing was wrong........
So is it ok to drive with 1 wheel off? or how do i fix this??
by the way my car is a sedan... lowered on Neuspeed sport springs with stock shock and SPC camber kits (front and rear)
Please

try putting the stock front crash bolts back in
take it again for alignment and see if they can get it close to spec
if can that means u have a defective camber kit

either they didnt try to adjust camber on the RF, didnt know it had a cmaber kit in it or something is bent and it should be obvious. You have .6 difference in caster this COULD be a bent lower control arm. But the low camber could be a combination of things including, strut, knuckle, unibody, subframe shifted or bent. All of these should be easy for a good alignment tech to figure out. I would suggest calling around asking people if they have experince with diagnossing bent suspension componets
