Rep Power: 233 want sway bar but no stock sway bar
new thread made from old thread
yea im kinda new to the sway bar thing. just wonderng what is the average price for a front rsx sway bar, how about the rear.
i know changing the sway bar lessen the body roll but does it really help like really while takin turns? what if i just change the rear one what will happen?
nvm this i just realised that my car didnt come with stock rear sway bars and i have no way of making the endlink bracket. does anyone know the cheapest way to bolt on one.
any ways to put a sway bar on with no stock one on. ive read the threads about progress, and making a bracket for endlinks anyone have any other ideas?

Rep Power: 274 well it all depends on the year of your car. the 01-02 have a goot front and the rear, usually progress, neuspeed, or rsx-s rear. you can get rsx-s from a car yard for like 80

Rep Power: 388 Please read the FAQ about changing sway bars does to your handling. Also there are some links in the autox FAQ that would be worth reading like Mike Kojima's page.
Front RSX bar usually does not fit and I don't know why you want to upgrade it. For the rear, progress has an adapter kit for any sway bar.

Rep Power: 0 Just get the 01-02 front swaybar if you really want to swap it out. I believe theres are 25.4mm, while the 03-05 are 15mm or something near it.
if you must change the rear then rsx-r rear would work, there 22mm.

Rep Power: 388 Cheaper isn't always better. All you have is 1) make the mounts with the soda can method or 2) buy the progress kit. What other options do you want? There needs to be a way to attach the endlinks to the car and those are the only two ways.

Rep Power: 0 I found these a while back when I was looking into adding a rear sway bar to my 01 lx. They also come predrilled. They were only $10-15 when I priced them thru SECO.

Found a price on them.

Only the Ex Models came with stock front and rear.
LX = front only
DX/VP = NONE
What year is yours?
