Coilovers or springs and shocks??

i wanna lower my 02' civic lx but i dunno which one would be better to get. a coilover kit or just springs and shocks..any suggestions??

search buttons always a fun tool...im just going to get lowering springs most people get tokico blues with some springs and theyr set
