Torque Rating on Front and Rear Suspension

Torque Rating on Front and Rear Suspension I am re-installing the the upper front and upper rear strut bars on my 01 civic ex. I used a torque wrench the last time, but I forgot what rating or pound pressure to use. Also is a torque wrench really needed to install the front and rear struts?
*Note I already searched my owner's manuel and found nothing dealing with my issue.
