i searched but couldnt find what i was looking for.
hey guys. well i think i am pretty much set on my decision of buying ground control coilovers but now i need to know which shocks to put on with them. i read that the koni yellows are the best bet for ground controls but these are a little bit too much money for me. i was thinking of gettin tokico blues but i might end up just damaging those because they cant handle a low drop.
long story short: what shocks can handle a very low drop with ground controls for under 400 bucks?
i guess it doesnt have to be under 400 bucks but i would really like it to be. thanks for any help guys

i dont think anything under $400 can handle that low of a drop, tokico d specs or koni yellows are your best bet, i heard koni's require a lot of modification tho

Nothing but Konis is capable of handling the GC rates.
Either spend the money on it, or gamble with used ones. If you buy Tokicos, you'll spend $400 every time you blow them.
I don't know why we need to go through this all the frickin time. Its a pretty simple concept, thats been beaten to death. Only Konis are valved firm enough to handle straight rate 400+ lb springs.
Tokico says no lower than 1.5" without problems, and everyone seems to want to go lower anyways.
