rear stabalizer links and bar bushings?

Well, the rear end of my car has been making an annoying squeaking noise when i go over bumps for awhile now and I assumed it was just my camber kit needing some lubrication but the dealership said it was my rear stablalizer and bar bushings? my car is an 02 lx, should I have to replace these things so soon? the dealer siad it would cost about $200 with parts and labour is that about right?

The parts (bar + two bushings) costed me about 150$ for the 2006 RSX-S. So they might be charging you alot for the labour. Also, I had the same problem on a 2000 Accord, I just had to change the bushings which are about 20$ for the pieces.

just get new endlinks and new bushings, do the install yourself, its pretty simple, and save yourself $150.

Majestic Honda is a good place to look for parts, select your Civic and year, and look under Rear Lower Arm.

You're looking at replacing number 5, 8, 9. And you need 5(2).
You can get a new bar as well if you want...and installation is so simple.

I think there's a DIY for it, just search.
