"Performance" lower control arm - stock?
Hey all...I had an accident recently in my 2001 Civic EX Sedan (darn gravel)...anyway, I bent the "lower control arm" portion of the trailing arm:
I found that there are these aluminum lower control arms are available (ebay and other performance online shops), except they imply that their application is for lowered civics with tricked-out wheels...to prevent tire rubbing:
Do you think they are still applicable with stock 15-inch steelies? Thanks...
PS - I have shots up on Flickr to better illustrate what's going on, but I can't post hyperlinks yet (need 15 posts)...

just use the stock ones. some of the aluminum ones are shorter, longer, etc.... intending to frick with alignment and they're bad news because most of them tend to have negative effects on suspension geometry.
