19mm sway bars can break endlinks...(see member Touge *****)...

the 22mm sway bars that break endlinks are the Progress bars. The Comptech and DC5R bars work fine with the stock endlinks.

The reason some people say not to go bigger than 19mm is because of how much oversteer anything bigger can induce. Get into a low traction situation and do the wrong thing at the wrong time and you could get into alot of trouble (i speak from personal experience and i only have a 19mm).

As to your other question, the bars are different sizes for different years. http://www.geocities.com/bellz252/ar...ybarspecs.html

Well a 22mm doesn't necessarily snap endlinks. In most of the cases I've heard, the Progress bar is more prone to snapping endlinks than any other. Its design puts the endlinks at a different angle than stock.

Touge Whore is an unknown quantity at this point
Yeah, I bought the 19mm RSX-S rear sway off of Joseph (sleepercivichopeful)...I do alot of "touge", hence the name, and I broke both endlinks in the rear. I replaced them and now that I have a blown strut in the rear left, the rear left endlink snapped again. The point of the post is you shouldn't snap the endlinks unless you truly test the car's limits, and even with that, a blown strut is most likely my reason for endlink snapage. Truly worth the money though, the rear end will feel much lighter.....

if your endlinks keep blowing out you should search for my thread on how to make your own upgraded endlinks, cost me like 35 bucks. and i have the 22mm rear bar and i go hard around corners no problems yet
