I wish everyone posted that sheet with these questions.
The front needs to be leveled out, I would kick the left in to match the right, zero the toe. You have too much camber in the back. Knock it back to -1 or so, zero the toe. It shouldn't be taking all that long.

When I lowered my car on coilovers I brought it to a shop to have it set - took an hour. The following year I lowered the car some more after winter so I got the alignment checked again. This time it took almost 4 hours...they kept fiddling with the camber plates up front. Bastards.

firs I'm going to call the Honda corporate office. and file a complaint against them. I called another dealer and they told me the same as you guys that it shouldn't take more than 1.5 hr.

first off dont give your car to the dealer for an alignment especially if you are dropped and have a camber kit. take it to a good independent shop who should have the experience to align a car with a drop in a decent amount of time. the guy that does mine does my alignments in less then an hour. that includes hooking up the equipment to the car, aligning it, and removing the equipment.
It not that hard to do an alignment on a civic. the toe is a matter of loosing a bolt on the tie rods and adjusting them. the camber is a matter of loosening a bolt and moving the assembly back and forth. same with the rear. Give or take a few steps.
I just think they have either someone new doing it, or someone with no alignment experience.
