frame brace inside car?
i've seen some cars that have a frame brace like a strut bar inside the car behind the seats. Do those actually work and do they make them for our cars ?

there's universal ones out there, and yes, they are worthless for any sort of performance. you do get the nifty "bling" "bling" factor from those who dont know better though.

the universal ones are trash and do nothing. rs akimoto made a lower monkey (floor) bar that was one piece, but they stopped making it. if you want a floor bar, you're gonna have to fab it.

so just the front upper strut bar and rear upper strut bars are the only ones worth buying. Is there anything other components that would help stiffen the car frame ?

Worth getting:
Front upper strut
Underbrace (ie cross brace/u brace/x brace)
Rear strut is pretty must worthless.
