Are you hitting the wheel well with the tire? Look for gouges in your tires.
You set it so it to the recommended specs right? Does it look like there is more or less camber than stock? If you have more camber and you are too low, you might be hititng the wheel well.

i guess i'm a noob at this. i dnt think my wheel is hitting anything, i looked to make sure there is enough clearance and there is. i put my stock wheels back on for the winter. recomended specs? i didn't know they had recommended specs for the instalation part, i just put them on as the instruction said, i made sure they were the same length both right and left. this is something alignment would possibly be able to fix, putting it on it's recommend specs?

when you say wheel wells, you mean the space between the wheel and the car, thus i'm hitting the car rear inner fender part?

Yeah I meant having the arms even when I said specs. And yes I meant the fender well or the fender lip. When I was too low and took turns too fast, my tires would rub against the fender well, putting gashes in it.
Let us know what happens after the alignment. Ask the tech to make sure whether everything looks tightened while he is under the car.

alright, i know this is a late reply. been busy with school and work.
got my alignment. good stuff, car looks nice. rides the same though.
noise was reduced. i only hear the clunking noise when i hit real big bumps that are unavoidable. i swang through my friends shop who did the alignment and to take a look at it. i KNOW now what makes that noise . . .
the spc camber kit has a huge NUT that adjusts the camber. well apparently, that NUT since it's so big hits the rear chasis. dude told me that i can/shop can file the chasis down where the nut hits just a bit or i can just ride it out. eventually it'll make a groove and the noise will disappear. well noise is starting to disappear (less noise) and it's making me feel so good. i'm starting to like my car now LOL!!!
well that's and FYI for yah . . . peace
