im assuming how low really depends on the springs they use. If you get custom spring rates that are really stiff you can get shorter springs that will let the car go lower.
If you have more modest (softer/comfortable) springs than the springs need to be a little taller to safeguard againts bottoming out.
Thats just my guess.

Is this not low enough?

Is this not low enough?

Picture not showing
I dont mean that Tein should lower my civic like over 3inch,its daily driven car mostly to work and then home...not racing of any kind.
I choosed teis ss because i´ve heard so much good about its ride quality.
But back to the point...if someone has realistic picture showing how low can SS go...E-mail me at whitedawg@suomi24.fi
check my pictures here to see how low TeinSS go. http://www.7thgencivic.com/memberrid...r/22082/sort/2

My car was far from being used for any type of racing. TeinSS ride great, I have them lowered almost all the way on 19s and the ride was smooth. I rode in cars that have BGs, sleeved coilovers and all and none of them rode as great as my TeinSS (being dumped keep in mind).

hustle...you also have 19's that close the wheel gap. if dude doesn't get 19's, it will not tuck like yours.
mine sits on stalk si rims and both front and rear tuck in nicely on b+g's...

However, weekends me and lot of people cruise around town at nights and its better to ride low than look like 4x4 monster...
Money is not an issue for me at this point when we are talking about suspension upgrades...Also TEIN is quite new in finland and its nice to have suspension that´s not in every other car you see
