Goldline or Skunk 2?

So I'm thinking about lowering my car.. i have 17's on it now and they look good but im thinking a 2-2.5 inch drop will look good too. I cant afford coilovers and all the expensive stuff so im thinking just springs.. Should i get Skunk 2 or Goldline? I have heard good and bad for both.. what should i do?

first, read the suspension faq.

with 17's, also depending on what tire size your running, a 2"+ drop could rub possiblity.

I had Goldlines for 2+ years, until switching to Tein SS this winter/spring.

I loved them. They looked and rode pretty nice for being on OEM shocks, until I blew them. I'd definately recommend Goldline to you.

I have goldlines on mine for a little over a year. They have been great, ride nice on stock struts. On them with 18's w/ 215/40's on them. They havent rubbed at all. Havent had to roll the fenders or anything. Only complain is, when I was on my 15s, the back was starting to tuck when i had my subs in, while front had 1 finger or less gap on it. Wasnt even with subs in. With my 18s they look more even all around...not sure why, but not complaining. Am planning on switching to Tein SS when I can afford them. Want something that I wont have to worry about blowing my struts, and can have a little more fun in the twisties.
