stock shocks with nitrogen

Hey... cant seem to find affordable aftermarket shocks here for the es. I looked around and i came across this shop that converts stock shocks to gas. This is the first time i have encountered this and i am a bit skeptical about it. The shops name is ZEE. Theres a lot of positive feed back on those who had their shocks fixed. Anyway, i was wondering if theres anyone outside the philippines who encoutered this procedure before.. Heres something from the shop:

"For shock absorbers, we can restore your shocks by injecting nitrogen gas. Nitrogen gas which is compressible protects the shock fluid from aeration during shock action. Thus it prevents the fluid to overheat ...thus longer life.We can replace or recondition leaking seals, drain old shock fluid, flush and clean valves and inject new fluid. An access valve will be provided to manually adjust stiffness (pressure)of shock .Adjustment will be done in the shop with a guage to balance pressure per shock until your desired ride is achieved. If your shock is fluid type we can convert it to gas.Shock repair cost only P600 ($11) /shock."
