Help Popping Noise!!!!

Help Popping Noise!!!! Alright guys heres the deal, I have this wierd popping noise when ever i turn in my civic. Im lowered on tien S tech springs and i have a progress rear sway bar. I checked the shocks to see if there blown but they were not, so i thought it was my sway bar in the back but 
i dont know, So if anyone has any ideas or any comments please let me know, any help would be appreciated.
