yes i have, warranty was never a problem except i have to pay for shipping the bad one, and they charge my credit card for the strut then put the money back when they receive the old one and i get stuck paying for the interest.

Ive had no problems with my konis for a year and half now. I cant think of why you keep getting the problem unless they were not properly installed or maybe if you keep adjusting the stiffness setting, maybe thats y they r leaking oil from that spot.

Also, when you get your next set, set them to a middle setting, dont put them as hard as they can go or as soft as they can go cus that puts extra strain on them cus they r operating at an extreme.

most of the time its due to improper installations...

i always keep them about 1.5 turns from soft so i know that isnt the problem. and they are installed the right way. the only thing i can think is that the plastic washer they send isnt thick enough to keep this from hapening. thats why they have it to keep this sort of thing from happening.

Wierd, I've been running Konis for about a year now, and not a single problem. and I'm not exactly easy on my cars suspension either.

That little white plastic washer btw is just a safty part so that if you do bottom the shock out it doesnt try to suck its self appart when the suspension extends.

well KONI told me that they keep having that problem with the 55mm strets and that having the car lowerd could also cause it. **** i only have H&R spring i guess i can forget about getting the neuspeed springs i want. well I put on the replacement they sent and the freeking strut is worse than the one i sent them. KONI SUCKS. im thinking if getting TEIN full coiloverkit has there been any isues with them that any of you might know?

at least they have life time warranty...
imagine that happens to Tein SS after a year, you are pretty much stuck 'cause their warranty only last a year...
