Cheap Springs
These are so cheap its hard to believe if they are good or not. Will these do the job, or am i taking a gamble on using them. Thanks for the help.

Spend the $300 and buy authentic ground controls if you're gonna go the sleeve route. Just the lifetime guarantee makes it worth it, in addition to the fact that they use Eibach Springs.

You see... you say "Go get Teins" But you see what you're missing here is the fact that what makes them different is the damper. You could put whatever spring you want... put GC springs on the Tein shocks, or you could put the Tein Springs on stock shocks and you'll find that you won't be blaming the "Ground Controls" For the shitty ride.
If you half *** any suspension, its gonna ride like ****.
i would stay a million miles away from those sleeved coilovers. so far, the only reptuable sleeved coilovers for our civics would definately be ground controls and skunk2. ground control i believe makes 2 sets of coilovers, one meant to go with koni yellow shocks and one to be paired with Stock shocks. i heard it was just an adapter of some sort thats the only difference?
the skunk2 sleeved coilovers cant be paired up with aftermarket shocks (kyb and tokico that i know of) as some memebrs here attempted it and a local man i talked with told me as well who tried kybs on skunk2 on his sedan.

those are probably some of the crappiest on ebay. They dont even say much about the products material. Other places do.
they were like "Um its lightweight strong stuff kinda steel, ya know" dont get them, and if your the one who bid, sell them to somebody else.

ha ha yeah I just bought some cheap coilovers like those off of ebay.. when I got them in the mail I looked at them and laughed. I don't know what I was thinking but I'm going to just stick w/ my skunk2 springs. It would be nice to sit lower but I'm fine. I also seen how my friends accord rode after her put the springs on and eek it is sh!tty
