Stock suspension problems

I have an 01 civic that has about 35k miles and the front shocks are nocking really hard, i changed my brakes this weeked and i saw that the shock in the front right side of the car was blown...I'm taking the car to the dealership but i dont know what to expect...i saw that there is a service bulletin that I found at ALLDATA.com stating that there is a problem with the front and rear suspension on the 01...if there is any one that has had this problem and the dealership replaced the shocks please share your experience....

If you can see oil leaking out of them, then they're blown and theres not much arguement that can be raised.

Took my car to the dealership, and they found that both front struts were bad and replaced them with no hassle except when they told me I had to pay for the alignment... I had to fight with the clerk and speak to the manager, which also didn’t know the correct terms warranty work, which states that any maintenance work as need for the warranty part should be also covered but they gave up and I didn’t pay a penny. Thank god for warranty because the invoice with work and all came to $695.33!!!!
