I need new suspension either way because my current stock setup is pretty much gone. So I have to make a desicion and I wanted your guys help.

Coilovers or Shock/Spring setup?

Coilovers:
1) Tien Basics
2) Omni Power

Spring / Shocks:
1) KYB Adj shocks w/ stock springs
2) KYB Adj shocks w/ eibach springs


Im not looking to drop my car that much at all because I live in the city, but would like a little bit of a drop. Please help me out with this decision i have to make.

Doesn't make a difference either way. KYBs plus stock springs won't lower your car, but will make it ride better. Eiback prokit will barely drop and sportlines a little further. Pick one and go with it.
