Question On Shocks for Neuspeed Race....

Im Looking to Upgrade shocks.....i didnt install the springs yet iv had em for about a month now in my trunk....i was gonna get koni's but they are a little pricy and i dont wanna cut holes to make em fit.....i want something that can hold these springs without blowing.....my car is an 03 with 12000 miles on it. I dont wanna mess w/ anything without doing it right....i know the blues come in 14mm only.....if u drill to 16 will this void the tokico warrenty? and is there any1 other shocks that would be able to stand the neuspeed race drop? thanks....iv searched and i couldnt really find a defined answer....can some help me out?

Konis are probably going to be the only ones that will hold that kind of drop. People are saying that the Tokicos will hold up until about 1.75", after that, bets are off. Sure, they'll probably work for a little while, how long though is what wouldn't be known. So you could find yourself buying a set of Tokicos, blowing them and still buying Konis, or you could just drop $525 on Konis and call it a day.

Di you mean springs? If so yes. Koni's are damper replacements. Their inserts in the front(you have to use the stock strut) and full replacements in the rear.
