Coilovers....

Right now i am saving up some money for a set of coilovers, i have 17" rims with 205\40 tires and i was j\w what would be a good set of coilovers. performance really doesn't matter to me as much as the ride quality. Price doesn't matter to me because i feel that suspension is the most important part of the car. I was looking at the B&G's, tein s.s with the EDFC, maybe waiting until the omni's came out (i heard that they were probably the best). I was concerned about the ride quality if i lowered my car to a good height since i have 17's, and was just wondering what ones would be the best to do that with.

Any of those, but EDFC will not fit with Tein SS. In terms of brand, Tein is probably the best, but b&g are good and omni has a good rep at hondatech. It all depends on what you want to spend and what you want out of them. Check spring rates. Please read the FAQ too.

i stick with the tein basics if your just mostly daily driving cuz your can fvck up the ss if you adjust the damping wrong, as for B&G's dont know to much about, but the omni's have a good ride my bro has them on his 02 civic but had too send them to omni to get them to fixed whatever the problem was

I have Tein SS for dailys and track use. It is pretty hard to mess up the dampening, it is not rocket science to adjust them. Unless you have them set to full hard then your shocks will not last.

WAIT FOR THE OMNI'S! They will be the best bang for the buck. Should be out very shortly. PM me if you have any questions.

I have KW Variant 2 coilovers on my car and would highly recommend them.

Yes, I don't think you will be disatisfied. Try to put your order in as soon as you can because the first batch of coilovers will be very limited.

If you could post this, it would help us out a bunch.

Thanks.

I can respect yallz opinion cuz you don't know any better. KW coilovers are hands-down far superior than Teins, JIC, etc. When I say "cuz you don't know any better" I mean that KWs are new to North America so they haven't had a chance to gain recognition like Teins. However, KWs are used exclusively in European racing series. KWs have been found to be much more technologically advanced than Teins and the like.
