I'm waiting to see if Hayame will offer v2 owners any kind of upgrade option. I'm takin it real easy on my own v2's right now cause of all the problems people are having. Car karma must be treatin me real good cause I'm still rollin OK on them, but I would feel a little safer knowing I had an updated version that addressed all the problems I'm so afraid of. Main concerns:

1) Flipping the tie rod....shouldn't really be necessary. I know it can be beneficial for clearance when you're slammed, but I don't see any other coilover makers (those with much better reputations) making the flip MANDATORY.
2) That whole wheel wiggle thing. Never experienced it so I dunno, but considering I'll be rollin on 19's next season, I'm not about to dish out $500 extra just cause my front tires wore too fast from the changes in toe setting.
3) Those retarded coil isolators which do nothing except rip and fall off after the first adjustment...come on Hayame!
4) There's gotta be a better way to keep the perch locks tight than just jacking up the car and re-tighten every month.

As for release date, I've heard from a reputable vendor that they should be available and in stock within the month, but I've heard up to two months from now, apparently they're not done the design and frankly the longer they test these the better considering their history.
Again let me emphasize that I'm still doing OK, but considering everyone else's problems I would advise anyone looking at Hayame v3's to wait until someone has had a chance to do an extensive review of them. If I can get some sort of upgrade option to change my coilovers to v3's and send my v2's back, I will definitely punish them for a bit then post my findings.

cool, thanks for the replys. i didnt think the v3's would be any better than the v1's and v2's. Im really just looking to replace my suspension because my stock suspension is absolutly blown to **** and Im in the process of deciding whether or not to get full coilovers or new shocks and springs. I dont want to spend a crap load of money either because i dont know how much longer im going to keep the civic. Thanks for your advice though. If anyone could help me out with my suspension, ideas, reviews, prices that would be great.

Thanks

Omni Power should be out very soon, they have a better rep than the Hayames even on Honda-Tech. As well, consider D2, B+G, Tein Basic....
