Its 200 for lowering w/ no Alignment after....I thikn its a rip off....Im just gonna keep lookin for the best deal....im not in a rush to get them in w/ winter here and all
man if i were to pay someone to do the install i have buddies that would do it for like 100 and some beer...but now a days all honda suspension is mostly the same and its not like its impossible to do on your own...if your a past honda owner and did your own work its a piece of cake

DrivetoFast helped me install my springs. He just used a pneumatic jack and the crappy honda one (from the trunk) to compress the springs. Didn't take long either.
Have you seen Mike Hunt?

I usually do it myself, but since I had a problem with the steering arm, I took it to get dropped. Cost me $50 cash.
Took 1 hour and 5 minutes. No alignment tho. Looks like you need one of these places in NJ

3 of us installed mine (not members of this forum) we had basic tools in my garage and we compressed my springs by hand.. easy if u have 3 ppl..
compressions isnt that much.. i have changed springs on at least 17+ 7th gen civics and when i take the springs off it doesnt even shoot or anything... maybe pop off the cap or something but thats it...as for putting it back together you should be able to put the fronts on without any compression tool or anything.. but for the backs just have one person push the spring down and another put on the screw... should be real easy and shouldnt require much force to push it down.. but if you were lowering other cars like a mitsu then i would highly recommend a spring compression cause those things are tightly wound and shot like a **** without it

...anyways, it wasn't dangerous at all. I was watching and it was so simple and easy. I guess it's a technique nobody else knows or has figured out. Nothing went wrong and it was easily done with 1 person. Thread
