yes, but they don't do much. SEARCH!!
DC5, EP3 and EM/ES all have the same chassis. Everything will fit, but in some cases you might need to do mods

They are the same chassis, and therefore, essentially the same control arm. I am about 90% sure they will fit.
Well I know the LCA bushings are the same between the RSX and the Civic, but the RSX's front track is 58.5" compared to the Civic's front track of 57.8". So there is a good chance that the LCA of the rsx is slightly longer than the civic's (but this could be a difference in the subframe dimension as well).
dc5-r aluminum lower control arms stick out farther than the dc5-s control arms ... you would need new axles/hubs/etc if you got them
the rear ones fit perfectly though ... so if you got a hold of them, you could do a rear 5 lug swap no problem ... but fronts you would need custom axles
