i know we need an alignment after changing shocks and spirngs, i had it done few months ago, what if i just adjust the ride height? still need an alignment everytime the height is change? (groundcontrol) will it throw off the alignment?

yes it will throw off alignment. You don't necessarily need one, but it is a good idea. I used to change mine frequently and wouldn't get one. Just keep an eye on your tires.

Yup, both camber and Toe will have changed when you alter Ride height.
