Suspension problems - Konis w/ Eibach Prokit

Ok guys here's my problem. I bought a set of Konis from a friend who traded in his 2002 EX for an 04 Si. I replaced the Neuspeed Race springs that were on them with an Eibach Pro-kit because the Neuspeed Race springs were too low. The rear suspension is really bouncy.....i mean REALLY bouncy. Its bouncy on even a smooth surface. Im running 215/45/17 Kumho's. Also whenever i hit even the smallest imperfections in the road, i hear a thud sound coming from my right rear fender area. Im not too sure what's wrong with them because im pretty much an idiot when it comes to suspension. The springs were professionally installed at the Honda dealership i used to work at, so im pretty confident that its not an install issue. Any idea what's wrong????

that would be my guess. or the shocks might be gone....might have to take them in to get re-valved.

Given no installation issues or blown dampers, check the rears (or have them checked) and set your rear shocks to pretty close to, if not, "full soft". For Konis especially, it does not take much, nor can you be completely sure where in the adjustment scheme you are with the full 2 turns of adjustment (adjusted with an allen wrench, whose size escapes me as I write this, i.e., no click stops. So for experimental purposes you can use a black sharpie to mark. You may also want, as a baseline to set your fronts to "med to slightly soft". As you define your preferences, you can adjust from there. The good news is that set on full soft; it is between 15-20% stiffer than stock.
