Shocks/Springs Installation places in Los Angeles area
I just received my shipment of Koni Yellows and Eibach Prokit and need to find a place to have them installed. Does anyone here know of a good shop in the Los Angeles area that can be trusted to do a good job as well as stand behind the job they've done in case I have any issues after the installation?
I can easily do a search on Yahoo and find several places, but I'd rather go to a place that someone here can vouch for instead of just tossing darts on the internet yellow pages.
Thanks.

Vnil,
Hey, thanks for the info. They quoted me $80 for both my springs and shocks. Seems like an OK price, considering the place TornActive referred me to was asking $200. I'll let you guys know how it goes...and post some pics.

Vnilman, you go there too? My friend and I go there all the time. My friend has a 97 civic and is actually going back there wednesday to pick up his brand new Racing Hart CR 1piece rims that he ordered. And then on thursday he's getting his carbon fiber hood installed there. Lucky bastard took out a loan to get all this . What have you gotten done there on your 7th gen civic?

ya a few honda dealers will do parts. they'll give you a warranty but usually charge you an arm and leg, although i have heard of some charging reasonable prices such as goldlines installed for 200. and my guess would be, since they do springs, they do coilovers as well. call and ask tho.

eh, not really but it was a decent job, much better then the shop i took it to before...
when they were working on the left side, the little ***** fell out, i think he was missing a couple cause i kept seeing him count(they wouldnt let me in the garage). also the spring makes noises... this is probably because he didnt line up the top rubber mount right(from my understanding it looks identical on all sides but if you look at it carefully one side is skinnier then the other). either that or he didn't install those rubber tubings on the bottom of the spring. it was supposed to come with the stock springs but it wasnt on there so that wasnt exactly his fault. the install was pretty quick tho. about an hour and a half, it was the cheapest place i could find around here.

yeah i went there to get my intake done on my previous car (97 accord) and they didn't do too hot. they said that the intake wasn't long enough and that they'd have to add an adapter to make it longer. the adapter however was cut out of a tube... right on the bend
. so long story short, there wasn't a complete seal around the adapter but... eh i probably shouldn't have gone the cheap route and gotten some generic intake but i had no job back then
now i'm good.
i'm gonna get the good shiite for my civic.
Edit: never mind this wasn't at speed vision, it was another place... sorry guys
